Shipping Policy

This page explains how we ship orders within Australia, including processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if your order is delayed. By placing an order with KM Commerce you accept the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, including standard PO boxes and parcel lockers. We do not ship outside Australia at this time.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Delivery time
Many of our products are sourced from overseas supply partners. Estimated delivery times are below. These are guidelines, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary depending on stock location, postal carrier, and your delivery address.

Some products carried in our Australian-based warehouses ship faster (typically 3–7 business days). The product page indicates which option applies.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and value of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a threshold displayed at checkout. GST is included where applicable.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take 1 to 3 business days to appear after the number is issued, particularly for shipments crossing international borders.
6. Customs and duties
For products under A$1,000 shipped to Australia, GST is collected by us or the seller at the point of sale, and no further duty is generally payable. For orders or items above A$1,000, additional duty or GST may be charged by Australian Border Force at the time of import; this is the customer's responsibility.
7. Delayed or lost orders
If your tracking has not updated in over 10 business days, or if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 7 business days, please contact us at info@kmcommerce.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either dispatch a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
8. Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost. We are not able to refund the original shipping fee in these cases.
9. Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photographs before opening and contact us within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the resolution process.
